Ground Shipping Charges Within the U.S.

All packages shipped within the U.S. are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested.

USPS Priority Mail: $7.00
UPS Ground: $8.50

Generally, we ship orders within two business days. For expedited shipping, please call us at 1-800-786-5476 during regular business hours for estimated ship date and time.

Freight Discount

Applicable on orders shipped within the U.S. continental 48 states only:

Orders over $50 receive 50% off ground shipping,
Orders over $100 receive free ground shipping.

UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air

2nd Day Air is $22, with delivery taking two business days to most locations. Note that items shipped via 2nd Day Air on a Thursday will arrive on the following Monday.

Next Day Air is $45, with delivery on the following business day to most locations. Note that items shipped via Next Day Air on a Friday will arrive on the following Monday. Please call us to request this method.

Please call us if you require Saturday delivery, which incurs an additional fee.

Alaska & Hawaii Customers

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS Priority Mail for a fixed rated of $7.

Non-U.S. Customers

Shoyeido is pleased to offer our products to our international customers.

We use Express Mail Service for international shipments.

IMPORTANT: While we ship our products all over the world, international regulations and restrictions sometimes apply to govern the shipment of some of our items. In the event that you have selected such as item, we will attempt to contact you so that you may adjust your order.
